Treatment of Trigeminal Neuralgia:
Use 2cc HCL 0.1% again® attached to a ½ inch needle apply 0.25cc each at Acupuncture Points ST-4, 5, 6, 7, 8, GB-14, SJ-17, LI-20 using meso therapy technique with short pain relieve effect achieved.
Treatment of moderate to severe tail bone pain resulting from old injury:
Fist 2 visit using APIT: homeopathic Traumeel/Zeel 50/50 2cc attached to a 1.5-inch needle apply 1 cc each at DU-1 & DU-2. No significant effect. At the third visit APIT modify to 1cc HCL0.1% again® mix with 2cc Zeel attached to a 1.5-inch needle apply 1.5 cc each at Acu-Point Du-1 and DU-2 using straight sterile technique. 4th visit patient reports 15% progress has been made.
Treatment of Acute Lumbar Pain:
After routine acupuncture treatment, a 2cc HCL 0.1% again® administered at local muscular spasm area,

Information About again®
Storage
again® Injectable Solution must be stored in the refrigerator. Bring the vial out of the refrigerator at least one-hour prior to administration. At the time of treatment, it must be at room temperature and succussed.
Succusion
Succussion is the first treatment step. It must be done to activate the medication.
To perform the Succussion, hold the again® vial from its neck with your dominant hand, and impact it against the palm of the other hand or a cushioned surface (like a book) for at least 20 times.
Administration
It is suggested to administer 0.25 ml of again® Injectable Solution, into each acupuncture point, as the health professional deems appropriated, in relation to the condition she/he is treating.
Indications
again® was formulated to treat pain in its different manifestations.
When applied in conjunction with acupuncture in particular and Neural Therapy in general, it can treat a wide array of conditions.
The syringe filled with again® becomes a potentiated acupuncture needle. The limit in the applications is the practitioner’s knowledge, intuition and imagination.
